It's based on author Sarah Pinborough's best selling novel, and became the most watched show on the streaming service when it was first broadcast.
Sarah, who lives just down the road to me near Milton Keynes, has also written YA novels, along with Adult thriller and fantasy.
And today marks the release of her latest book, Insomnia.
